How We Check Deals

Kiwi Coupons lists NZ-relevant promo codes, referral links, and sign-up offers. Offers can change quickly, especially app referrals and limited-time campaigns, so every page should be treated as a guide to the current known offer, not a guarantee from the merchant.

What We Check

When updating a coupon or referral page, we look for:

the provider's official offer page, help centre, app terms, or referral terms,
whether the offer is a referral link, copy code, in-app code, or automatic checkout discount,
who qualifies, especially new customer vs existing customer rules,
minimum spend, deposit, card-use, or activity requirements,
expiry windows or time limits where the provider publishes them,
whether a better comparison page should be linked so readers can compare alternatives.

For financial, investment, energy, and money app pages, we try to add extra context around regulation, risk, rates, and provider terms. These pages are not financial advice.

What We Cannot Guarantee

The final decision is always made by the provider at signup, checkout, or in the app. A code or link may fail because:

the offer has expired,
you already used that provider,
your account, device, email, address, or payment method is not eligible,
a minimum spend or deposit requirement was not met,
another code, cashback tool, or app promotion was already applied,
the provider changed the campaign after our last update.

Last Checked Dates

Coupon pages show an Updated or Last checked date. This is the best available freshness signal for the page. We also update pages when Search Console data, provider changes, or reader reports suggest a page needs review.
